The EB-5 Visa allows foreign nationals and their families to obtain permanent residency in the United States by investing in American businesses that generate new jobs. Investment requirements begin at $1,050,000, or $800,000 when investing in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA).

A minimum investment of $1,050,000 is required for the EB-5 Visa. This amount is reduced to $800,000 if the investment is made in a designated Targeted Employment Area (TEA).
Applicants may choose to invest directly in a business or through approved Regional Centers — investment projects authorised by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
To qualify for the EB-5 program, the investment must meet the following criteria:
Job Creation: It must generate at least 10 permanent, full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers within two years of the investor receiving conditional residency.
At-Risk Capital: The investment must be at risk for the purpose of generating a return on capital. This means there can be no guarantees of repayment or contractual rights to the invested amount.
